1995 April Kenedix, Inc. (formerly Kennedy-Wilson Japan Co., Ltd.) is established at 3-12-12 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, as a base for real estate business of Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. in Japan.
2002 February Kenedix is listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange's NASDAQ.
2003 November Kenedix establishes Kenedix Office Partners, Inc.
Kenedix establishes Kenedix Advisors, Inc.
December Kenedix is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2004 December Kenedix is listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2005 May Changes the company name from Kennedy-Wilson Japan Co., Ltd. to Kenedix, Inc.
Japan Logistics Fund, Inc., Japan's first REIT specializing in logistics facilities with joint management by Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited (formerly The Mitsui Trust and Banking Co., Ltd.) and Kenedix, is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
July Kenedix Office Investment Corporation (formerly Kenedix Realty Investment Corporation) is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2006 January Kenedix acquires a 20% equity stake in KW Multi-Family Management Group, Ltd., an asset manager subsidiary of Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. that specializes in multi-family residential property investments.
2011 March Kenedix establishes Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, Inc. (formerly Kenedix Residential Partners, Inc.)
2012 April Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation (formerly Kenedix Residential Investment Corporation) is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2013 October Kenedix Residential Partners, Inc. merges with Kenedix Office Partners, Inc. and Kenedix Advisors, Inc. and changes its name to Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, Inc.
Space Design, Inc. becomes a subsidiary of Kenedix.
2014 January Kenedix establishes Kenedix Property Management, Inc.
March Kenedix Private Investment Corporation starts operations.
October Kenedix signs cooperation agreement with NTT Urban Development Corporation. As part of this cooperation, Kenedix acquires a 30% equity stake in Premier REIT Advisors Co., Ltd., an asset management company of Premier Investment Corporation.
2015 February Kenedix Retail REIT Corporation is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
May Kenedix establishes Kenedix Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
July Kenedix establishes Kenedix Engineering, Inc.
Japan Senior Living Investment Corporation that is managed by Japan Senior Living Partners Co., Ltd. is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2016 April Kenedix establishes MUL Realty Advisers Company Limited (33.4% owned) with MUL Realty Investment Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance.
October Kenedix acquires a 20% equity stake in AIRA Property Public Company Limited, a real estate development firm in Thailand, through its subsidiary Kenedix Asia Pte. Ltd.
December Kenedix acquires 15% of the units of AmanahRaya REIT, a listed Real Estate Investment Trust in Malaysia, and 49% of the shares of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. (formerly AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd.), the manager of AmanahRaya REIT.
2017 August Kenedix establishes KDX ST Partners, Inc. (former Bit Realty, Inc.) with Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. following the agreement to cooperate in the field of real estate technology.
2018 March Kenedix Residential Investment Corporation merges with Japan Senior Living Investment Corporation and changes its name to Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation.
April Kenedix establishes Kenedix Investment Partners, Inc. as a company dedicated solely to the asset management of private funds.
2020 November Capital and business alliance with Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company, Limited.
2021 March Delisted from the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
July Kenedix Property Management, Inc. merges with Space Design, Inc. and changes its name to Kenedix Property Design, Inc.
August Kenedix executes the first real estate security token offering in Japan.
Kenedix starts fund business targeting "Kolet," the single-family properties for rent.
2023 January Renewal of corporate logo
June Kenedix establishes Kenedix Green Energy, Inc. as a company specializing in renewable energy PPA business.
August Kenedix executes the largest real estate security token offering in Japan, investing in a 30 billion yen tower condominium.
November Kenedix Office Investment Corporation merges with Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation and Kenedix Retail REIT Corporation, and changes its name to KDX Realty Investment Corporation.
2024 December Kenedix acquires ARAVEST PTE. LTD., an asset management business in the Asia-Pacific region.
